General Machinery mobile concrete batching plants produce ready-mix concrete at 30-150 m³/h. Trailer/chassis mounted, they need minimal foundation and set up fast. With pan or twin-shaft mixers, a four-compartment aggregate bin, separate load-cell scales and full-auto PLC control, four models run from M-Diamond 60 to M-Royal 150. A mobile concrete batching plant is a trailer- or chassis-mounted, transportable plant that produces ready-mix concrete. General Machinery mobile plants run across a 30-150 m³/h capacity range with minimal foundation and fast setup, on a chassis suited to overseas shipping. Four models are available: M-Diamond 60, M-Titan 100, M-Magnum 120, M-Royal 150. Working principle (weigh → mix → discharge) Model specifications Additional capacity options: 30, 90 and 100 m³/h. Capacity range 30-150 m³/h. Mobile vs stationary A mobile plant is ideal for short- to medium-term, multi-location projects: fast setup, minimal foundation and transportability, practical up to about 150 m³/h. A stationary plant suits long-term, single-location work with higher continuity and tonnage. Applications Single-supplier bridge General Machinery supplies the crushing-screening line (crusher) and the concrete batching plant from one supplier: the crushing-screening line that produces the aggregate and the plant that turns it into concrete sit under one engineering roof. Global crusher giants like Metso, Sandvik and Kleemann do not offer this integration — they make no batching plants. All models are ISO 9001 and CE certified. Warranty is 1 year (excluding wear parts and user error); spare-parts supply is guaranteed for at least 10 years. S: How fast does a mobile concrete plant set up on site? C: Because it is trailer/chassis mounted, a mobile plant needs minimal foundation and is designed for fast commissioning. Exact time depends on the model, site and ground conditions, but setup is markedly shorter than for a stationary plant. S: What does 60 m³/h mean? C: 60 m³/h means the plant can produce 60 cubic metres of ready-mix concrete per hour under ideal conditions. The General Machinery range runs from 30 m³/h to 150 m³/h, with 90 and 100 m³/h intermediate capacities available. S: Which mixer type is used? C: The M-Diamond 60 uses a pan mixer, while the M-Titan 100, M-Magnum 120 and M-Royal 150 use a twin-shaft mixer. The twin-shaft mixer blends homogeneous concrete in about 30-45 seconds. S: Is the plant suitable for overseas shipping? C: Yes. Mobile plants have a transportable chassis suited to overseas shipping and are designed for multi-location and overseas projects. S: Are CE and ISO certificates included, and what is the warranty? C: All models are ISO 9001 and CE certified. The warranty is 1 year (excluding wear parts and user error), and spare-parts supply is provided for at least 10 years.
