GNR ME2060 mobile screening plant: 200-350 tph capacity, 2000×6000 mm triple-deck screen, 20 m³ hopper with grizzly pre-scalping. Dry screening, full automation.
GNR ME2060 is a latest-generation, fully automatic mobile screening plant with a capacity of 200-350 tph. Its 2000×6000 mm triple-deck vibrating screen, 20 m³ feed hopper and 100 mm grizzly over the hopper separate run-of-mine material into 4 fractions in a single pass, bypassing oversize rock at the first stage. A twin-axle mobile chassis, remote control and fan-cooled electrical panel are standard. The plant performs dry screening and contains no washing units.
How it works
Material flow consists of feeding, pre-scalping and multi-deck screening:
Note: roughly a 10% capacity reduction per successive deck is normal; bed depth at the discharge end should not exceed 3-4 times the aperture.
Applications and material
ME2060 suits pre-screening ahead of a primary jaw or impact crusher, sand-and-gravel processing in riverbeds, aggregate feed for concrete batching plants, and high-tonnage quarries. The 20 m³ hopper allows direct truck feeding. The plant screens dry: the ME series is dry (no washing), the YM series is washing (washing screen + fine material screw). For clayey or wet material that must be washed, choose the YM series.
ME1650 vs ME2060
Both models screen dry; the ME2060 offers a larger screen, roughly double the capacity and a grizzly over the hopper.
Wear and TCO
The right metric for total cost of ownership is not part price but cost per ton: part price + replacement frequency + downtime together. Screen media is designed for easy replacement, and grizzly pre-scalping keeps oversize rock off the deck, extending screen-media and belt life. The fan-cooled panel protects the electrics in hot climates.
Complete plant solution
General Machinery supplies the crushing, screening and washing line together with a concrete batching plant from a single supplier. The ME2060 screening plant can be engineered as one integrated line with primary/secondary crushers, washers and a batching plant — giving one point of contact, one accountable party and a matched spare-parts chain.
S: What is the capacity of the GNR ME2060?
C: The GNR ME2060 runs at 200-350 tph. It accepts 0-100 mm feed and splits material into 4 fractions with its 2000×6000 mm triple-deck screen.
S: Can the ME2060 run on sites without mains power?
C: Yes. The plant runs on mains power or a generator; generator feed is sufficient for quarries and sites with no grid connection.
S: How long does installation and commissioning take?
C: The ME2060 is built on a twin-axle mobile chassis with rear-axle maneuvering and is designed to be moved to site and commissioned quickly. Exact time depends on site and ground conditions.
S: What material does it screen — does it wash clay?
C: The ME2060 is a dry screening plant; it sizes sand-and-gravel and crushed aggregate. It does not wash — if clayey or wet material must be washed, choose the YM series with a washing screen and fine material screw.
S: How can I get pricing and delivery information?
C: Send General Machinery your target capacity, material type and required output fractions; a project-specific configuration, price and delivery time are provided as a quotation.
