The Mobile Pre-Screen Impact Crusher (DMK) combines a vibrating pre-screen and a secondary impact crusher on a single chassis. It accepts 0-100 mm feed, delivers 0-30 mm product and works at 40-300 t/h. Thanks to pre-screening, only oversize enters the crusher, raising capacity and efficiency.
Working principle and distinguishing feature
The distinguishing feature is the integrated vibrating pre-screen: material is screened first, on-size fines by-pass the crusher, and only the coarse fraction is crushed. This avoids unnecessary crushing and saves energy and wear while raising capacity. It has two crushing chambers, manganese liners on all faces, a hydraulic-opening body for easy maintenance, adjustable gap and double-sided blow bars.
Material and application
Medium-to-high hardness: limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt. Manganese liners give an impact-abrasion balance; the pre-screen removes soil/fines, lowering abrasive wear in the crusher. Double-sided blow bars give 2× life per part; the pre-screen plus by-pass reduces crusher load and lowers cost per tonne. As a secondary impactor it gives a high reduction ratio.
