The GPS series is a General Machinery HSI crusher combining primary and secondary impact crushing in one body. Capacity 100–400 tph, rotor 1200×1000–1400×1500 mm, feed 600–1000 mm, 160–315 kW. On limestone it delivers coarse crushing plus cubical secondary product from a single machine, cutting CAPEX. The GPS is a General Machinery HSI crusher that combines primary and secondary impact crushing in a single body. It accepts large feed and, from one machine, delivers both coarse crushing and cubical secondary product, reducing plant stages and investment cost. It is optimised for limestone and low-to-medium abrasive lines. Technical data Working principle A wide rotor with a staged apron layout: coarse feed is broken by impact and, in the same cavity with a close apron setting, reduced to cubical size. A two-stage-in-one-machine approach. Stage: combined primary+secondary. Material and application Suitable: limestone, dolomite, soft-to-medium non-abrasive rock and C&D recycling. Not suitable: high-silica granite/basalt/gravel (impact + high abrasion = fast part wear). The combined design cuts CAPEX in limestone ready-mix/asphalt aggregate production. Reduction and wear (TCO) Combined reduction follows primary HSI (up to 20:1 on limestone) plus secondary (~10:1) logic and is high; the net combined ratio is project-specific and confirmed with field data. Wear parts are blow bars and aprons: high-chrome on clean limestone, manganese/martensitic in recycling. One machine = one wear set + one chassis/motor → less downtime and lower installation and TCO than two separate machines. The GPS is the core machine of a complete plant covering crushing, screening, washing and concrete batching, supplied from a single source. S: What makes the GPS crusher different? C: It combines primary and secondary impact crushing in a single body. S: Which material is it for? C: Limestone and low-to-medium abrasive rock, plus concrete recycling. S: Why a GPS instead of two separate machines? C: Less installation, one wear set, lower investment and downtime. S: Can it be used on granite? C: Not recommended; high silica consumes the impact parts. S: How can I get a quote? C: Send us your capacity and material; we provide a project-specific quote and full-plant solution.
