The vibration-controlled screen uses a triple-shaft drive to produce an adjustable oval stroke; 100-400 tph. GNRTK-1550 and GNRTK-2060 models, triple-deck, bolted weld-free body. The oval motion reduces blinding and holds efficiency on near-size and damp material. The vibration-controlled screen uses a triple-shaft drive to generate an adjustable oval (elliptical) stroke, with a capacity of 100-400 tph. The oval stroke axis and amplitude are easily tuned to the material being processed, so screen-aperture blinding and pegging are prevented and the recirculating load is kept low. The body is bolted and weld-free, and the screen media is easy to replace. Triple-shaft oval stroke The triple-shaft mechanism creates a controlled oval trajectory on the deck. Compared with plain circular or linear motion, the oval motion's advantage is that stroke angle and amplitude are adjustable: Hardware figures Capacity depends on material gradation, moisture and whether the screen runs wet. Apertures and media type are set to order for each project; commercial screening efficiency is on the order of 90-95%. Fields of use The vibration-controlled screen suits materials with a high blinding risk: near-size-heavy feed, slightly damp aggregate, sand-and-gravel classification, and fixed plants where high efficiency is required. The adjustable stroke keeps the screen efficient even through seasonal moisture changes. In the fine range it can be paired with a fine material screen. Factory integration At General Machinery the vibration-controlled screen is treated as one element of the whole plant from the engineering stage. The adjustable-stroke unit is combined with the feeder, crusher group and wash-and-screen stages under a shared automation and spare-parts logic — responsibility stays in one hand from engineering through commissioning. S: What does the oval motion achieve? C: The oval stroke produced by the triple-shaft drive reduces blinding and pegging in the apertures and preserves screening efficiency on near-size or slightly damp material, while keeping the recirculating load low. S: Can the stroke be adjusted? C: Yes. The oval stroke axis and amplitude are tuned to the material, so the same screen can be optimised for different gradations and moisture conditions. S: How many shafts and decks are there? C: The drive is triple-shaft. The GNRTK-1550 and GNRTK-2060 models are triple-deck; three decks yield four fractions. S: What is the capacity? C: On the order of 100-400 tph. The exact figure depends on material gradation, moisture and whether the screen runs wet. S: How do I get pricing and delivery? C: Send General Machinery the material type, target capacity and required output fractions; a project-specific configuration, price and delivery time are provided as a quotation.
